Mr. Keyur Shah is a qualified Company Secretary, Registered Valuer and Insolvency Professional with additional qualifications of MBA (Finance) and a degree in law having experience of more than 20 years in the fields of investment banking, public issues, private equity, debt syndication and due diligence
He has been associated with various corporates and investment banking companies including Religare Capital Markets Ltd., Chiripal Group of Companies, Aarvee Denims and Exports Ltd. etc. during the employment. Mr. Keyur Shah had also been associated with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ahmedabad Chapter in various capacities. He was Chairman of the Managing Committee of the Ahmedabad Chapter in the year 2009.
CS PARSHWA SHAH
Mr. Parshwa Shah is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India apart from being a qualified L.L.B.
Mr. Parshwa Shah is a key team member carrying with him a diverse range of experience of almost 5 years in the areas of IBC, Corporate Laws and NCLT. His expertise includes liaison and appearance before various authorities including Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Official Liquidator, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies etc., secretarial audit of listed entities, due diligence audits, M&A, Winding-up. Parshwa, with his able leadership skills, oversees the IBC and Corporate Laws divisions with KJSA and coordinates with the clients and statutory authorities for impactful end-to-end solutions.
CS PRACHI PRAJAPATI
Ms. Prachi is a qualified Company Secretary and a law graduate. In KJSA, she leads and oversees the IBC and valuation divisions apart from supervising the company law and legal matters. Having worked with startups and authored blogs for legal issues of startups, Prachi has hands on experience on trademarks and other registrations/licenses for the startups and new companies. CS DHRUVI PATEL
Ms. Dhruvi Patel is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Apart from being a graduate from Ahmedabad University in Bachelors of Commerce she holds a degree in law from Gujarat University. Having an industry experience of 5 years as a Company Secretary, she holds expertise in the field of Corporate Law, Listing Compliances and conducting due diligence audits. She has effectively carried out statutory compliances and has played a participatory role in Direct Listing projects. She is a certified Internal Auditor for Stock Brokers by NISM and has carried out statutory audit for the Brokers.
